Protocol Specialist

Description

• Oversee the logistical arrangements and ensure all protocol requirements are met.
• Ensure all logistical arrangements meet protocol requirements and are executed efficiently. Event Planning and Coordination:
• Accompany the CEO on business trips to provide on-site support and ensure all logistics are seamlessly managed. Logistics Management:
• Plan, organize, and manage all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences involving the CEO.
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the CEO Office; managing the flow of information, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Oversee and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences involving the CEO.
• Develop and implement protocol standards and procedures for the CEO’s office.
• Ensure all interactions and engagements involving the CEO are executed with the highest level of professionalism and decorum. Travel Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing special events, conferences, and other corporate functions; coordinating logistics, managing invitations, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of the events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
