We’re looking for an Amazon CX Senior Engineer to join the team and lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of complex full-stack Amazon Connect solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through sophisticated contact centre transformations, from architecture and automation to AI-driven customer experiences.

Collaborate with leading experts in cloud communications
Deliver next-generation contact centre solutions for enterprise clients
Drive real business impact with global-scale clients

Requirements

Python or JavaScript development experience
4+ years’ experience in technical implementation or consulting roles
Amazon Connect Developer Specialist certification
Advanced use of Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of integration patterns with external systems and APIs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Amazon Connect Communications Specialist certification
Expertise in performance optimisation, scaling, and security architecture
Hands-on experience with custom extensions for Amazon Connect
Any AWS Associate-level certification (working towards Professional level preferred)
Deep technical understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and CX ecosystems
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for contact centre solutions
