Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
Monitors project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations related to NOC progress and notifies project and and business group leadership of any potential risks in the permitting process that could impact the schedule.
Maintains and updates the stakeholders’ mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders’ roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.
Public/Government Relations Campaign Management: Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers; act as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract to deliver successful public relations and government relations campaigns.
Coordinates with all stakeholders regarding project submissions, revisions, clarifications, approvals, justifications and approvals by statutory authorities.
Client & Customer Management (External): Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
Develops, monitors and updates the Stakeholder Management Plan.
External Communications: Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.
Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and issues.
Public/Government Relations Campaign Execution: Execute a public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration plan for a particular product, service, or specialty area while working within established systems.
Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries ad issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Establishes NOC tracker to track NOC status and ensures timely intervention to ensure approvals in time.
Participates in project design meetings and recommends improvements (if required).
Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Travels to government and authorities' offices on daily basis.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements.
Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
Ensures project teams deliver required documents on schedule and in accordance with any stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
