Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs, including on-site experience working in highly regulated, complex operational environments.
Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders.
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management.
Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
Familiarity of working in collaborative project environments and a working knowledge and experience of progressive contracting models incl. Progressive Design Build and Target Price.
