Data governance & compliance: implement policies, metadata management, lineage, and quality frameworks aligned with Group data leads.
Collaborate with Group & Divisional teams: ensure synergy with AFS&TD, GTDP, EIB and initiatives to avoid duplication and ensure reuse.
Build AI capability: develop internal data science and ML delivery capabilities for use cases like credit risk, pricing, fraud detection, and collections optimization
Vendor and partner management: manage data engineering vendors, AI partners, and Group shared services (infrastructure, security).
Analytics & BI delivery: drive data analytics platform adoption, ensuring executive dashboards (profitability, equity, RoE) and self-service analytics for business teams.
The position works closely with other group counterparts, business product owners to establish a future-ready data operating model that integrates governed data, analytics and AI delivery
Lead the Data & AI Enablement agenda: define and execute AFF’s data strategy aligned with the Group CDO and Digital Transformation plan.

10+ years in Data & Analytics roles with at least 5 years in leadership capacity
Proven experience in AI/ML delivery such as credit risk, pricing or customer analytics including building digital twins
Familiarity with Python, ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn and Azure ML and model deployment
Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, risk, finance and product
Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, journey design, and hypothesis validation.
Track record of managing data engineering and BI delivery teams (Internal and vendor)
Experience establishing and enforcing data governance towards a certified data concept, lineage and quality frameworks
Deep understanding of financial product data models including Portfolio, Profitability and RoE
Strong technical knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL and Fabric Lakehouse
Hands-on experience designing and delivering fully AI enabled data platforms
