- Develop and model scopes as requested, including, but not limited to, Interior and Exterior Walls, including framing, Ceiling and Soffit Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Specialty Panels, Raised Access Floor, Clean Room Walls, Clean Room Ceilings, Unistrut, No Fly Zones and other specialty scopes to required Level of Development using Revit, and other Revit add-on programs.
- Elevate model and document inconsistencies to the attention of the BIM Coordinator and Design/Operations Team to determine what action is to be taken.
- Escalate any issues to the BIM Coordinator and Design or Operations Team.
- Attend staff training to enhance staff members’ knowledge and expertise of the standardized software used.
- Ensure all elements of the model are fully coordinated within PCI’s scope.
- Perform BIM compliance checks of deliverables.
- Actively participate in BIM coordination and design meetings.
- Create 3D models utilizing Revit.
- Identifies and communicates constructability issues from pre-construction to construction project team.
- Attend kick off meeting with design and or operations staff at beginning of project to ensure Level of Development, scope, project details and contract requirements are understood before modeling begins.
- Ensure models produced are spatially coordinated.
- Use Navisworks to resolve PCI clashes.
- Coordinate with point cloud files.
- Balancing and maintaining workload with available resources to ensure consistency and workability to meet upcoming milestones.
- Works directly with and takes direction from Senior Design Engineers and Project Managers.

- Experience with modular construction, cleanroom and life-science projects preferred.
- 2-year technical degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Innovative and creatively minded individual looking to improve process, procedure, and construction techniques to provide continued improvement and efficiency to role, work scopes, and our customers.
- Must be flexible and willing to visit project site and area of importance as required.
- 1-3 years of BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as durations of independent/isolated/unsupervised environments.
- Must possess proficiency with software platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 Design/Glue.
- Experience with Bluebeam PDF Software.
- Must be able to present a portfolio demonstrating work in Revit and Revit Family Editor.
- QC model against project documents for discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering Fields, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to take responsibility for the outcome and results of assigned projects.
- Ability to understand design and document coordination.
- Ability to communicate the benefits of BIM/VDC, both for internal and external purposes
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and handle last-minute requests.
- Utilize Navisworks Manage to run clash detection and identify potential issues.
- Working knowledge of Trimble Total Station, CNC fabrication, Robotic Layout, preferred but not required
