We have an exciting opportunity for an established Finance Manager to support the Perth Seawater Desalination Plant (PSDP) within our Operations & Maintenance Alliance. Reporting to the Alliance Manager and working closely with the Alliance Management Team (AMT), this highly autonomous position will manage a significant yearly budget and is pivotal to the financial and commercial success of the plant. This role goes beyond BAU accounting; it’s a transformation-focused position that will lead the rebuild and improvement of reporting tools and processes.
You will lead the delivery of accurate financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports informed decision-making. You will be accountable for Contractual Finance, understanding the O&M contract to manage invoicing, cost recharge mechanisms, and client reporting. You will drive commerciality by proactively working with the leadership team to improve margin and identify opportunities to optimise the contract baseline.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is essential, and CA/CPA qualifications are highly regarded. Experience with financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills are necessary.

A natural builder of relationships and highly adaptable, you communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from site teams to executives. Your background must include significant experience in Contractual Finance, demonstrating an ability to deeply understand and apply complex contract terms to commercial outcomes.
