  • Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience. Internship or co-op experience is a plus.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of grading, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic principles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS. Willingness to learn new tools and methods.

  • Salary range of $77,000 to $80,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
