Service Professionals perform hands‑on customer care, troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment of all shapes and sizes. They must keep accurate paper and digital work orders and operate a company vehicle to visit multiple customer sites while maintaining OSHA safety compliance.
Miner offers four Service‑Professional levels so technicians can start where their skills align. Apprentice (Level I) suits passionate learners with basic mechanical understanding; Level II requires at least one year of related experience and basic electrical/hydraulic knowledge; Level III (Senior) calls for roughly four years of experience with advanced troubleshooting; and Expert (Level IV) demands eight or more years, mastery of electrical and hydraulic systems, and leadership abilities. Applicants are encouraged to apply at any level and let Miner guide placement.
Qualified candidates have 2‑4 years of relevant experience and can repair doors, loading docks, and dock‑levelers. They should possess strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, be able to work independently on the road, and have a clean driving record with a valid license. Technical school training or OEM certifications are valued, and willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work is essential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime opportunities, is required.
Miner provides competitive pay with incentives, a uniform and boot allowance, and a company‑issued truck for work travel. Employees receive full benefits from day one—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), competitive PTO, and paid holidays—and have access to training and clear growth pathways.
The salary range shown reflects the company’s good‑faith minimum and maximum for this role; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with potential additional incentive pay.
