This pivotal role sits within our architecture community, focusing on designing and delivering cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions that transform how data is leveraged across the organization. You will work alongside architects, engineers, and data scientists to drive best practices, mentor peers, and ensure the AI architecture is robust, scalable, and future‑ready.

In this position you will create end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, implement robust data governance, leverage agentic AI frameworks, apply advanced NLP and LLM capabilities, and serve as the Azure AI and Databricks subject matter expert, aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and optimization.
• Architect robust data pipelines and governance strategies using medallion data architecture principles.
• Leverage agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and multi‑agent systems for complex problem‑solving.
• Apply deep NLP and LLM expertise to deliver advanced AI capabilities across business applications.
• Act as subject matter expert for Azure AI and Databricks ecosystems, ensuring optimal integration and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions in Microsoft Azure and Databricks, a strong grasp of NLP, LLMs, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, and familiarity with agentic AI, prompt engineering, and major LLM APIs. The ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences is essential.

• Experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions within Microsoft Azure and Databricks ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, and integration of emerging AI models.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and APIs from major LLM providers (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
