Sales or business development experience, preferably within the energy sector, or the design or construction industries.
Experience working with state agencies, public authorities or utilities preferred.
Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or a similar system to effectively track pipeline/outreach/sales activities.
Travel expectations within assigned territory.
Experience with income qualified communities.
Awareness and familiarity with Kentucky energy efficiency landscape, related regulatory requirements, and key players.
Experience with residential single family or multifamily property owners or managers.
Work independently, as well as closely with other functional groups, including project coordination and field support.
Energy efficiency-related certifications are a plus, such as Certified Energy Manager (CSM) or LEED AP (LEED Accredited Professional).
