We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join the MCS‑Kollmorgen India Sales team. This position will support the growing business portfolio by engaging original equipment manufacturers, distributor partners, and large end‑user customers across the assigned territory. The manager will build confidence in Kollmorgen products and foster brand loyalty.

Understand and communicate the value proposition of various distributors and their go‑to‑market strategies.
Communicate confidently in native language and English, including presentations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, time‑management and consulting skills.
Exhibit high energy, self‑drive, innovation and teamwork.
Maintain composure under pressure and flexibility for frequent travel.
Proficient with PC applications such as MS Office and Salesforce.
Hold an engineering degree (e.g., electronics, communication, drive technology, power electronics, industrial automation).
Minimum 5–7 years selling industrial automation/motion‑control products.
Strong knowledge of motion‑control applications, servo motors and drives.
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and growing market share.
Ability to influence customer specifications and work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively, including weekly trips across the region.
