Demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary engineering principles, design, and program management, including the application of advanced scientific, environmental, and state-of-the-art technologies to system planning, development, operation, maintenance, repair, modernization, and upgrade efforts.
Proficient in preparing, interpreting, and communicating engineering concepts and technical documentation, including test plans, acquisition reviews, and working drawings using CAD and related graphical systems; skilled in researching, developing, testing, evaluating, and supporting procurement and production of maritime craft and subsystems while ensuring compliance with DoD 5000.02 and other regulatory requirements.
