Geotechnical Engineer

Description

• Prepare and coordinate design documents (calculations and drawings) in line with project criteria.
• Develop cross sections, generate soil profiles, and determine appropriate soil properties.
• Review geotechnical reports, project specifications, and plans to inform your design work.
• Perform finite element modeling (Plaxis) to assess complex soil-structure interactions.
• Analyze ground improvement options, considering criteria such as settlement, bearing capacity, global/sliding stability, and liquefaction mitigation.

Requirements

We're looking for Geotechnical Engineers who can turn complex soil data into safe, innovative foundation designs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT preferred.
• Understanding of geotechnical design principles and slope stability analysis.
• 1–3 years of experience in geotechnical design or related coursework.
• Proficiency with finite element modeling (Plaxis) and AutoCAD.
• Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks, and propose creative solutions.
• Are motivated by analyzing soil behavior and designing foundation solutions.
