DCPS provides property services for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Lead and launch a new market office, overseeing operations, growth, and P&L.
Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and client focus that reflects DCPS’s values.
Build long-term relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractor networks to expand market presence.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in coordination with Executive Leadership.
Coordinate with Preconstruction, Business Development, and Operations to ensure seamless project lifecycles.
Ensuring operational excellence across projects.
Track and report KPIs including backlog, margins, client satisfaction, and team utilization.
Translate national strategy and goals into actionable local execution plans.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform national strategy.
Execute special initiatives from Executive Leadership (e.g., process rollouts, system pilots, strategic studies).
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in local operations.
Serve as the face of DCPS in the local market with clients, trade partners, and community stakeholders.
Establish and manage DCPS’s new market office, including staffing, systems adoption, and client engagement.
Own full P&L responsibility for the assigned market office.
Ensure projects meet DCPS standards for quality, safety, schedule, and profitability.
Partner with Business Development to identify and pursue strategic market opportunities.
Enforce company SOPs, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
Driving business growth and market development.
Protect margins through disciplined project selection, efficient operations, and cost control.
Support preconstruction by aligning pursuits with client needs and company capabilities.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a local leadership team across preconstruction, operations, and administration.

10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Operations Director, Preconstruction Director, Division Manager).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience launching or managing a business unit/market with full P&L responsibility.
Strong expertise in construction operations, estimating, and business development.
