Assist Operations Managers, Project Management teams and Frontline Leaders with preparations for Project, Toolbox, Client and other meetings
Conduct audits, inspections, and observations to ensure compliance and continuous improvements
Review and update Project Risk Assessments, Registers and SWMS
Manage incident reporting and facilitate effective close-out of actions
Provide SHEQ reports and insights to project teams
Support health surveillance activities and training initiatives
Develop and implement targeted SHEQ prevention programs
Champion the Ventia SHEQ culture across multiple projects

Construction White Card and current drivers licence
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Certificate IV WHS/OHS (minimum)

Lead auditor certification (advantageous)
Experience in coordinating the SHEQ functional support in a complex, geographically disperse field operation
