Operate Atwell’s main switchboard supporting 40+ offices• Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meetings and trainings• Arrange catering and oversee meeting logistics• Handle daily mail distribution and shipping via UPS, USPS, and FedEx• Provide administrative support for project teams• Maintain clean and organized office and kitchen spaces• Assist with new hires, special projects, and credit card reconciliation
5+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant• High school diploma or equivalent required• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Excellent organizational and communication abilities• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
