Call Center Executive

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Update customer records and document interactions in the system.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Opportunity in Saudi Arabia (Individuals must be based in Riyadh)

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
