Heavy civil construction project experience.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering or related field + minimum of 4 years of relevant project controls experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Experience involving Water/Wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
Understands financial terminology and measures and recognizes the financial impact of various project actions.
Has knowledge of earned value methodology.
Able to use drawings and specifications in the establishment of project baseline data

Exposure to performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts and principles.
Exposure to scheduling process concepts and principles.
