Arcadis is expanding its construction project management team in the Northeastern United States and is seeking a seasoned, well‑connected Regional Lead Construction Project Manager. The role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in managing complex capital construction projects, including data centers, and who can drive growth and strengthen our regional presence.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital construction program/project management within the region.
- Proven track record in client relationship management, program growth, and delivery of complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience building high‑performing teams while overseeing multiple complex capital projects.
- Preferred certifications: PE, CCM, or PMP.
