Exposure to solar modeling software (e.g., Aurora, Toolbase), Power BI, or SQL.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience interacting with contractors or managing project trackers.
A genuine curiosity about renewable energy, utility markets, and a desire to build a career in the industry
Analytical mindset with comfort managing, interpreting, and drawing insights from large datasets
Familiarity with utility rate structures and/or energy policy.
