Develop and present new sales techniques and strategies to the team to drive revenue growth.
Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support
Promote the products to the local architects, schools district and public and private institutions
Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs
Create business and develop the turnover in their territory (with distributors, flooring contractors, architects, designers and end users) including sales leads in athletic areas such as schools, colleges, and sports arenas with thorough follow ups.
