• Represent FCI at community events, home shows, and networking opportunities.
• Create design solutions that reflect lifestyle, value, and long-term durability.
• Conduct in-home design consultations using our fully equipped mobile showroom.
• Build referral networks and lasting customer relationships.
• Convert consultations into sales by presenting compelling solutions and clear value.

Requirements

• 2+ years in in-home or outside sales preferred (flooring/design experience a plus).
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-based role.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Comfortable using technology for scheduling, quoting, and presentations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence.
