We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative. Excellerate Services uses an online Time and Attendance system for processing shifts for payment, and applicants must have their own smartphone to use this system.
The role requires all‑round cleaning experience and the ability to carry out duties to the highest standard, including dusting, mopping, cleaning toilets and emptying bins. You must follow health and safety policies, inspect and request replacement of worn cleaning equipment, manage materials responsibly, monitor cleaning activities and support other cleaners, and work flexibly as part of a team.
Working hours are 10 hours per week: Fridays 12:00‑15:00, Saturdays 12:00‑16:00, Sundays 12:00‑15:00. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata), an Employee Assistance Programme, Hastee Pay App, uniform provision, full training, and the location is The Brewery, Romford with a salary of £12.21 per hour.
