The Community Maintenance Associate ensures that the physical aspects of a community—including grounds, amenities, and curb appeal—are consistently maintained to Greystar standards. The role supports service team members and helps keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
- Inspect community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping common areas tidy.
- Remove trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transport it to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
- Complete minor and routine service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist.
- Change locks per property policy and ensure pool gates operate according to safety codes.
- Distribute resident notices and communications as required.
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
- Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
- Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

- Hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
