Areas of work include reading construction drawings, equipment mounting/installation, tower climbing, testing/troubleshooting completion of close out documents and other duties as assigned

A Foreman is expected to communicate effectively with all crew members and Projects Managers
Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more
Manage a team of 3-5 crew members

Obtain or possess all required certifications. Including OSHA 30, NWSA TTT-1 or higher, Climber/Rescuer, Hoist operator, ETC
Willingness to take a hands-on approach and lead by example
Basic mechanical abilities with hand tools and simple power tools
50-75% travel required in Midwest area. (varies depending on department)
Must have at least 3 years + experience in telecommunication industry
Prefer 2 years + experience in the Foreman or Lead role
Must be able to pull own body weight plus equipment weight up a vertical tower repeatedly
Must pass drug test
Proficient and safe use of hand, power, pneumatic, and other tools
Climbing and working on various structures in heights that range from 50 to over 500 feet tall
Ability to travel out of state and occasionally work over the weekend
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, sit, and climb ladders and communication towers and work in an elevated position that is +/- 500 feet
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Complete understanding of various testing methods. PIM, VSWR, OTDR, 3Z, ETC
Frequently required to use hand and power tools
Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
