  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in maintenance systems, data reporting, and Defence estate tools (e.g. GEMS); familiar with performance frameworks like MIC and PMF.
  • Mandatory Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Facilities or Project Management; current Australian citizenship required for Defence Security Clearance.
  • Leadership & Governance: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage contracts, ensure compliance, and drive performance through planning and scheduling.
  • Core Competencies: Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, audit and governance knowledge, and a focus on customer service and team development.
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles within facilities, maintenance, or asset management, preferably in Defence or regulated environments.
