We are hiring a remote Bilingual Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to join our inbound contact center. The role focuses on helping utility customers save money and make their homes more energy efficient while contributing to climate improvement.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold at least a high school diploma or GED, and be able to type 35+ words per minute. A minimum of six months of customer‑facing experience is required, with call‑center sales experience preferred, and the ability to meet performance metrics and work a committed schedule.
Remote work requirements include a company‑provided laptop and software, a hard‑wired internet connection meeting at least 10 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download, a dedicated home office free of disruptions, and two power outlets. Employees are expected to be on the phone for the entirety of their shift without interruptions.
Compensation is $18 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend, with salary determined by internal equity, market data, and relevant experience. CLEAResult does not sponsor visas, and all hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
