The role is responsible for tracking key KPIs across utilisation, anomalies, savings and optimisation opportunities. Coordinate closely with engineering, analysts and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding of new CRE sites. They identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the CoolPlanet offering. Strong communication, organisation and data-driven insight skills are essential.
The Account Executive (CRE Portfolio) serves as the primary day-to-day contact for commercial real estate customers, building trusted relationships with asset managers, facility teams and ESG leads. They manage customer queries, escalations and performance reporting while supporting QBR preparation and renewal processes.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for CRE customers.
- Track KPIs such as utilisation, anomalies, savings and optimisation opportunities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ARR, PS and enabling.
- Build trusted relationships with asset managers, facility teams, ESG leads and engineers.
- Support onboarding for new CRE sites and building activations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and notes in HubSpot.
- Manage customer queries, escalations, actions and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Assist with renewal preparation, proposals and SOW development.
- Coordinate delivery activity with engineering, analysts and project managers.
- Produce and deliver monthly CoolPlanetOS performance reports.

- Ability to interpret data and present clear insights to customers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- 1 - 3 years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, AE or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in CRE, facility management, construction or engineering.
- Understanding of building systems such as BMS, HVAC, metering or controls.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of decarbonisation, sustainability or energy management practices.
- Highly organised with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience in SaaS, sustainability, energy, technology or property-related sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
