Create high-quality 3D models and 4D simulations for project planning and engagement
Collaborate with Digital Leads and project teams to scope, deliver, and refine content
Tell powerful stories using animations, videos, and time-based simulations
Mentor others in 3D, 4D, and visualisation workflows

Requirements

Communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different teams
Know your way around tools like 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Synchro, Blender
Experience in construction, structural, or MEP disciplines, either through a relevant degree or practical project with at least 5 years relevant experience.
Work well independently and manage your own deadlines
Have scripting knowledge (Python, Blueprints) for automation or tool creation
Can deliver animations and visual stories that make an impact
Have dabbled in VR/AR platforms (nice to have)
Are familiar with Solibri, Power BI, Trimble Connect, or Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
