- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Project Specialists to achieve performance goals.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex project and customer issues.
- Oversee the pipeline of customer projects, ensuring prioritization, resourcing, and execution.
- Ensure consistent use of project management best practices, tools, and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Track, analyze, and report project KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional communication and stakeholder updates.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and career development within the team.
- Foster a culture aligned with Trystar’s values.

- Experience scaling high-performing teams.
- Continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, and CRM.
- 7–10 years in project management, customer experience, or related roles.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Industry experience (Power Distribution, Power Transmission, Power Storage, etc)
