Attend staff meetings to discuss work orders, budget compliance, ongoing vacancies, move-in/move-outs as needed
Purchase all needed supplies and materials within budgetary constraints
Ensure that the physical aspects of the assigned properties meet Givens Communities' quality standards and applicable laws
Obtain work orders from the Community Manager, prioritize and assign work, complete work orders
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Routine maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the electrical and mechanical systems, appliances, buildings, and grounds
Empty trash, cleaning common areas, all aspects involved in turning apartments

Fair Housing and Section 504/ADA certification, or willing to obtain once hired
