Préparer les rapports d’expertise pour une variété de projets dans le domaine du bâtiment (audit de bâtiments, inspection de diverses natures, caractérisation des matières préoccupantes);
Prendre charge de divers mandats d’inspection et de surveillance de travaux touchant tout autant des bâtiments commerciaux, institutionnels ou industriels;

Bonne capacité à communiquer en français tant oral qu’a écrit ;
Entre disponible pour effectuer de court séjour à l’extérieur du bureau d’affaire sur une base occasionnelle ;
Connaissance en thermographie infrarouge, Dec Scan, hygromètre (atout) ;
Excellente connaissance des différentes compositions de système de toiture ;
Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente dont trois dans un poste similaire ;
Salaire concurrentiel ;
Détenir un permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à une voiture ;
Effectuer la gestion complète des mandats sous sa responsabilité tant au plan technique que contractuel;
Être responsable de l’ensemble des activités des mandats qui lui sont confiés ;
Expérience pertinente dans les domaines des sciences du bâtiment, génie du bâtiment, touchant la toiture et l’enveloppe du bâtiment dans des mandats d’inspection et/ou équivalent ;
Rédiger des rapports techniques spécifiques dans les domaines des sciences du bâtiment.
Expérience en simulation hygrométrique, test d’étanchéité à l’aire et résistance à la pénétration d’eau d’assemblage de mur (un atout) ;
Rigoureux, méthodique, esprit analytique et aptitude pour le travail d’équipe;
DEC en génie civil ou expérience équivalente;
Flexibilité d’horaire ;
Connaissance de la suite Microsoft (connaissances Ms Project ; un atout).
Fait preuve d’un esprit d’équipe et d’une capacité à travailler dans un environnement présentant des défis ;
Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
