Ensure effective distributor management, maintaining distribution with distributor network.
Provide technical guidance on valve selection, sizing, and integration within plumbing and HVAC systems throughout sales process.
Conduct internal training sessions for sales staff on product updates and technical concepts.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with product teams for continuous improvement.
Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of WATTS’ product portfolio and industry standards.

Valid UAE driving license.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in valves, plumbing or HVAC products, as well as proven experience in managing distributors and channel partners.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC region.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC systems, and valve applications.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related discipline.
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving project opportunities to closure.
Proven ability to conduct consultative technical sales, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and proposal development.
