Track and report on customer engagement metrics, sharing and implementing best practices
Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events. Work closely with Central Marketing organization to ensure established event standard is met.
Collating information for the annual regional Marcomms planning process with analytics and required inputs.
Track local initiatives by logging these activities using the global CRM system
Arrange internal events such as town halls, training sessions and team building activities
Responsible for internal communication to keep regional organization informed and aligned with company goals.
Collate content and draft pre and post event communication to maximize engagement and follow up opportunities.
Draft content for newsletters internal memos and other communication materials to ensure consistency and transparency across region working closely with Central Marcomms and the Regional team
Collate and process expense records and budget data for activities through to the payment of suppliers which will contribute to the regional cost control using the relevant corporate systems
Support planning and delivering events according to schedule to run within budget, meet all deadlines, work closely with, and coordinate activities of all other parties involved in the design development, sales, marketing, and delivery of the events.
Coordinate with Central Product Management and Marcomms teams on regional launch timings.
Design and execute customer communication plan including offer updates, upcoming events and Regional LE announcements, through various channels, including email, content marketing and paid advertising.
Maintain regional customer communication calendar aligned to the Marketing Plan
Liaise with Central Marcomms and other regional marketing teams to share best practices, leverage global marketing assets, and contribute to global marketing initiatives.
Organise internal events such as town halls, training sessions and team building activities to foster collaboration and engagement.
Establish and maintain target audience lists
Regionalise and distribute product and sales collateral, case studies, white papers and other content to support the product launch and sales process and where required facilitate translations.
Contribute to adopting latest best practices for events in the region.
Process expenses related to events, campaigns, and other marketing activities in a timely manner to assist the tracking of the regional budget
Deliver regional demand generation and customer engagement programs for targeted audiences.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Record event performance KPIs and ROI metrics in the relevant systems
Collate research information and to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive positioning from branding and marketing perspective.

Experience in B2B Regional Marketing role, preferably in a multinational matrixed company
Prior experience in event management
Ability to engage, take direction and influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Skilled in customer/key stakeholder journey mapping to improve customer engagement satisfaction and conversion.
Required: English, regional language
Bachelors degree in Business or related subject, Marketing desirable
Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable objectives and delivering tangible business results.
Experience with digital marketing
Experience in managing internal communications within large matrixed organization
Where required lease with PR and digital agencies to increase LE reach and visibility
Relevant industry experience is highly desirable
