Perform routine service, inspections, and troubleshooting of fire pump systems
Conduct fire pump flow tests, churn tests, and weekly/monthly run checks
Inspect and service related components such as fire pump controllers, jockey pumps, valves, gauges, and pressure relief systems.
Stay current with applicable codes, standards (e.g., NFPA 20 & NFPA 25), and best practices in fire pump servicing.
Respond to emergency service calls for fire pump failures or performance issues.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control system issues affecting pump operation.
Identify deficiencies or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions or system upgrades.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and operational condition.

Working knowledge of NFPA 25 and NFPA 20 standards.
NICET Level I or II in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems preferred but not required.
2+ years of hands-on experience servicing fire pumps or related fire protection equipment.
Comfortable working independently in the field and managing time efficiently.
Excellent documentation and customer service skills.
