

Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences and exceed customer expectations
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, universities, and local groups
Maintain high standards across all aspects of operations including tenancy management and resident satisfaction
Drive community engagement through resident events and proactive service delivery
Oversee maintenance, inspections, refurbishments, and the overall quality of the property
Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and P&L reviews
As Community Manager, you will take full accountability for the property's performance-leadership, operations, financials, safety, resident experience, and community engagement. You'll set the tone, lead by example, and build a positive, high-performing culture within the on-site team.
Support recruitment, training, development, and succession planning within your team
Own local leasing and marketing strategies using market insights to maximise occupancy and revenue
Ensure full compliance with policies, housing regulations, and health & safety requirements
Understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation (IOSH/NEBOSH beneficial)
Experience with property management software (training provided if needed)
Strong track record of driving leasing performance and commercial results
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
Good general education and strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven experience in PBSA, residential property management, hotels, serviced accommodation, or a similar operational environment
