- Greet visitors/clients with friendly, courteous front‑office service reflecting corporate image
- Notify site personnel of guest arrival immediately and follow up calls if guests are not picked up, coordinating with host/sponsor
- Issue visitor badges, temporary cards, service badges, new joiner IDs and access cards; follow up for their return with stakeholders
- Provide safety briefings to clients/visitors/interview candidates and supply emergency/safety brochures
- Ensure Accenture‑specific processes and manuals are followed
- Verify visitor admission is properly authorized
- Maintain visitor log book and arrange taxis when required
- Assist visitors with disabilities and ensure basic cleanliness of lobby, lifts and public areas
- Scan laptop details and check for government IDs
- Handle client/visitor/sponsor complaints and feedback, escalating according to matrix
- Coordinate with night‑shift front‑office executive to receive large‑party details and prepare badges for arrival
- Follow client safety and security protocols
- Perform daily reconciliation and shredding of badges
- Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management and business continuity procedures
