The Digital Product Specialist will partner with Group Digital leaders and senior Defence sponsors to create and execute a deployment roadmap for digital capabilities that delivers both near‑term and long‑term value aligned with the Group and Division strategies. This role involves working across product, delivery and end‑user communities to ensure Defence‑differentiated applications are deployed effectively.
The specialist will provide the change management, training and support needed to drive adoption and sustained technology utilisation, assisting end‑user communities through acceptance testing, onboarding and continuous product development. By maintaining a clear view with other product owners across the technology landscape, they will maximise synergies and remove barriers.
