Representing the Octopus Energy brand on the front line, you will showcase the company's offerings to the public and ensure every conversation delivers outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for presenting the best of Octopus Energy and its products to the public.
In this role you will engage face‑to‑face with customers at events, retail spaces and door‑to‑door in local communities, promoting Octopus Energy tariffs and low‑carbon technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps and electric vehicles. You will help prospects compare our services with other providers so they can make an informed decision about switching.
No prior sales experience is required, but you must be high‑energy, confident, and experienced in a customer‑centric environment where you can devise quick solutions. Strong communication, listening, attention to detail, teamwork, a valid driving licence and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.
The role offers a £26,300 base salary plus unlimited commission (realistic earnings of £10k+ per year), access to the Octopus Employee Benefits hub, and a unique, award‑winning culture that values autonomy, learning and inclusive teamwork.
