- To lead commercial discussions and securing 100% business nomination from customers.

- Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making and oversee costing activities for multiple plants.
- Obtain necessary and timely approvals to meet corporate guideline and stringent timelines.
- To develop a cost-saving initiative that reduced operational expenses.
- Perform feasibility studies for changeovers, new setups, localization, and cycle time reduction.
- Consistently submitted provision data to stakeholders on time, achieving a 100% punctuality rate.
- Prepare monthly reports on material variances and manage project IRR, ROI, AOP, and payback computations.
- Validate costings through benchmark analysis and ROI assessment under company norms.
- Accumulate cost data and assess EBITDA impact on standard costs.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and loss/profit estimations.
