  • To lead commercial discussions and securing 100% business nomination from customers.
  • To lead a pricing overhaul project that increased revenue.
  • Highlight non-value adding and/or inappropriate costing to stakeholders.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making and oversee costing activities for multiple plants.
  • Obtain necessary and timely approvals to meet corporate guideline and stringent timelines.
  • To develop a cost-saving initiative that reduced operational expenses.
  • Perform feasibility studies for changeovers, new setups, localization, and cycle time reduction.
  • Consistently submitted provision data to stakeholders on time, achieving a 100% punctuality rate.
  • Prepare monthly reports on material variances and manage project IRR, ROI, AOP, and payback computations.
  • Validate costings through benchmark analysis and ROI assessment under company norms.
  • Accumulate cost data and assess EBITDA impact on standard costs.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and loss/profit estimations.
