Quality Advisor - Electrical

Description

• Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality
• Provide technical quality expertise for the project
• Support implementation of project Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives and targets are met
• Perform all duties in accordance with project policies, processes, systems and procedure
• Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends and areas for improvement
• Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management
• Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team
• Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality
• Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Quality Advisor - Electrical for BESS Project in Gnarwarre, Victoria.

• Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or similar
• Well-developed leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail
• Time management
• Experience as a Qualitry Advisor or equivalent
• Construction Induction Card (White card)
