Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality
Provide technical quality expertise for the project
Support implementation of project Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives and targets are met
Perform all duties in accordance with project policies, processes, systems and procedure
Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements
Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends and areas for improvement
Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management
Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team
Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality
Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement
