Develop, generate and analyse accounts payable reports, providing insights to senior management on key performance metrics
Manage and lead business unit Accounts Payable team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels
Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, scheduled and ad-hoc payments, and vendor management
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving issues with vendors or with VAT or CIS compliance
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders (including procurement and commercial) to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution
Accurate processing, coding, and matching of high volume of invoices in accordance with group policies
Provide support for cashflow reporting and forecasting
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, incorporating updates into the accounts payable process
