Project Architect

Description

As a Project Architect at ASA, you will work closely with the Principal in-charge to lead design and execution of assigned projects from concept to completion. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to various stages of the design and construction process. You will be responsible for client & consultant interactions, junior staff mentoring, design development & execution, while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

• Ensure the creation of accurate, detailed, and technically sound architectural drawings, presentations, specifications, and other construction documents in compliance with relevant codes and standards for assigned project/s.
• Time management for assigned project/s.
• Knowledge share and mentor junior architects and interns in the office.
• Explore and incorporate new technical skills in ASA studio.
• Supervise junior architects and technical staff for the lead project/s.
• Monitor site progress and resolve design issues.
• Contribute to studio design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage client communications and presentations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, other consultants and vendors.
• Lead project design from concept to execution.
• Maintain drawing standards and file management in line with office protocols.

Requirements

We are NOT looking for a draftsman so please don't apply for this position if you are not an ARCHITECT with at least 5-year experience.

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion (Enscape, V Ray or similar)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time & team to meet deadlines effectively.
• Must be located in commutable distance to New Delhi, India
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Proficiency in:
• Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
