- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar role) within commercial construction (2–5 years preferred).
- Understanding of general contracting processes and the project lifecycle.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational instincts and comfort working in a dynamic, open-office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software, Google Suite, and Apple devices.
- Experience working on a ground-up jobsite, immersed in the day-to-day rhythm of construction, is preferred.
- Experience using Procore.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate project needs.
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
