What you would be doing

Safely transport and load donations from donors’ property into the ReStore truck.
Collaborate with and assist the Truck Driver with planning and executing pickups.
Assist in keeping trucks well maintained and clean.
Follow directions from the Truck Driver with regards to donation pickups or additional tasks.
Impart GMHFH’s mission on donors and provide proper documentation for their donations.
Strictly follow set procedures relating to safe vehicle operation or accident reporting.
Follow best practices for loading donations into the truck to ensure that they don’t shift during transport.
Attend community and GMHFH events and assist with set up.
Greet customers and assess the condition of donations that are scheduled to be picked up. Approve or deny donations based on if they are in good, sellable condition.
Once pickups are completed, assist with warehouse operations, including pricing donations received or moving product.
