Tasks

-Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing planning team. -Supporting continuous improvement and training initiatives. -Overseeing the scheduling of repairs to ensure “right first time” completion. -Monitoring work-in-progress and escalating issues to maintain service delivery. -Providing technical guidance to scope and time jobs accurately. -Ensuring customers receive timely, clear updates and resolving complaints swiftly. -Collaborating with other team leaders to optimise resource use.

As our teams are patch based you'd also need to be based in or close to Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire. Are you a confident leader with a strong technical background in building maintenance? -Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability. -Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements. -Trade-related qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds). -Knowledge of health & safety, HR policies, and digital tools. -Previous trade or supervisory experience. -Technical understanding of trade skills and realistic scheduling. -Customer Service Management qualification or equivalent experience. -Full Driving Licence as there will be travel across the area. -Strong understanding of repairs and maintenance operations. -Excellent communication and leadership skills.
