- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms are being met
- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding contract terms and conditions as necessary
- Assist in the preparation and review of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, service agreements, and purchase orders
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to contract performance and compliance
- Maintain an organised database of contracts and related documentation for easy retrieval and tracking
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and engineering practices
- Conduct research on contract-related issues and provide summaries to support decision-making
- Support the negotiation process by gathering information, preparing negotiation documents, and maintaining records of discussions
