The Project Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on a Halifax‑area project site, handling full‑cycle project execution and administration of field operations.
The role spans pre‑construction (supporting opportunity management, proposal responses, PIP forms, document control, permits, and logistics), construction (maintaining schedules, tracking changes, managing submittals, budgets, billing, and subcontract performance), and post‑construction (warranty issues, close‑out documentation, and final financial reconciliation).
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management, possess 1‑3 years of hands‑on coordination experience, and preferably have EIT, P.Eng., CET, or PQS designations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, are essential.
