Act as the principal point of contact for enterprise network-related matters with business stakeholders, security teams, and IT leadership.

Lead 24x7 operations for all network services, ensuring reliability, uptime, and service excellence across global regions.
Own and maintain the enterprise network, voice, and video strategy and roadmap in alignment with ITT’s business and technology goals.
Guide and prioritize network-related investments to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Partner with security, application, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between infrastructure, cyber risk management, and business requirements.
Drive continuous modernization initiatives, which may include segmentation, SD-WAN, SASE, NAC, observability, and cloud integration efforts.
Collaborate with PMO, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate dependencies, resources, and sequencing.
Ensure project delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and scope, with measurable business outcomes.

Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for others where blockers / complexity exists.
Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) networking and segmentation in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Proven experience as a Global Network Manager or Director within IT infrastructure and operations, leading globally distributed teams.
Demonstrated success in supplier/vendor relationship management including SOW negotiation, contract execution, and license/support lifecycle oversight.
Proven track record of leading major infrastructure and network initiatives (e.g., global network upgrades, SD-WAN implementations, cloud connectivity transformations, data center migrations, technology modernization, compliance certifications, and integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures).
Available for escalations and critical events, including after-hours coverage.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills including conflict resolution proficiency
Proven ability to translate complex network challenges into strategic, business-relevant solutions for global stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high team morale and foster collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading compliance efforts for network-related areas (e.g., CMMC, NIST).
Ability to convey complex technical ideas in user-friendly, business-relevant language.
